Pro subscription

All Pro subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial— no charges during this period. After the trial, your payment method is charged. Subscription charges are generally non-refundable, but we honor refund requests within 14 days of the first charge if you're unsatisfied.

Founder (lifetime)

Founder purchases are one-time and non-recurring. You have 14 days from the purchase date to request a full refund. After 14 days, Founder purchases are final.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. If the service is not of acceptable quality or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a remedy.

EU/UK cooling-off

If you are located in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction without giving any reason. The 14-day period begins the day after your purchase. To exercise this right, email [email protected].

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your account email and reason. We process refunds within 3 business days. Refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
