By creating an account on Baseline (baselineathlete.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
You may not: (a) use the service for any illegal purpose; (b) upload data you do not own; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service; (d) use automated means to create accounts or upload data; (e) interfere with the service's infrastructure.
Paid plans (Pro, Founder) are billed via Stripe. Pro subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Founder is a one-time lifetime payment. All payments are in USD. Stripe handles tax calculation where applicable.
Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law (e.g., Australian Consumer Law, EU cooling-off rights). Founder purchases: 14-day refund window from purchase date. Email [email protected] for refund requests.
Baseline is provided on an "as-is" basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for data loss; users should retain their original data exports.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baseline's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
